Savage Salads is about filling up, enjoying what you’re eating and knowing it’s good for you.
The people behind Savage Salads are Kristina Gustafsson, a former restaurant manager and food enthusiast from Sweden and Davide Del Gatto an Italian chef with over 15 years experience working with different cuisines.
Savage Salads opened for business in 2012 at a small weekly market in North London. Since then they have been mentioned in various magazines such as Time Out, The Times & The Observer food monthly. They also released their first cook book containing 50 of their favourite salad recipes in June 2016. Today you can find their delicious salads at three different locations in London, Berwick Street in Soho, Strutton Ground in Victoria and Flat Iron Square in Bankside.
The Savage Salads are wholesome, fresh, delicious and filled with protein such as steak, chicken or halloumi. For dinner at Flat Iron square Savage Salads offer an extended grill menu with different meats, fish and veggie options. All served with salads of course.
