Hatha yoga is a slower-paced stretching class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises. Breath affect the body's health and life force in a profound way. Hatha classes are a good place to learn beginner’s poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
