Hatha is a slower-paced stretching class with some basic pranayama (yogic breathing) exercises. The focus of the session will be on loosening the shoulders, which often get hunched and hold stress with computer based work. Hatha classes are a good place to learn beginner’s poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing, and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session you should leave noticably more relaxed than on arrival.
