Communicating what you do and how you do it is essential to build your reputation, stand out from the crowd and grow your business.

But where to start? We’ll be exploring the fundamentals of effective communications,

  • how to create a strategy
  • identify your audience and channels
  • how to create engaging content with the media and others.

As part of this we’ll be looking at how to identify and communicate your social purpose as a business – what you do to be a force for good, whether it’s being an exemplar local employer or helping customers to lead more fulfilling lives.
