A gentle class working on ways to get in between the shoulder blades and counter the computer stoop. Some attention will also be paid to the hip flexors and getting back some of the mobility lost through long hours spent at a desk. If time allows the session will also includes wrists and neck exercises. Many of these exercises can be performed whilst sat at your desk and used as a daily routine.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
