All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing, and as this session will be outside if the weather is fine, make sure you bring some extra layers. This Hatha Yoga session will aim to open up your hips. 

The decision on whether we will be inside or outside will be made at noon on the day of the event. Please check your emails after this time for confirmation of location. 

As yoga classes are incredibly popular, we may ask you to reconfirm your place in the week before the event.
