Speakers for the session will be:
- Julia Chapman from the Sleep Clinic at Guy's Hospital who will be sharing the medical background of sleep, and her top tips for the deepest sleep.
- Richard Hillsdon from WPF Therapy who will be speaking about how our minds affect our sleep pattern and what tips and approaches to improve our sleep can we learn from psychological therapies.
Refreshments will be served.
