After a day at your desk this Hatha yoga class will be focusing on freeing up our shoulders, which can be very tight with the postures we hold through our working days.

All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing. 

As yoga classes are incredibly popular, we may ask you to reconfirm your place in the week before the event.

Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session, you should leave noticeably more relaxed than on arrival.
