Yoga Nidra is a yoga class for the lazy! You lie on the floor, underneath a blanket and do nothing except follow the words of the instructor. In this nurturing meditation/guided relaxation, the aim is to enter the twilight zone of consciousness between waking/sleeping. Great way to calm the nervous system and rejuvinate yourself if you are having trouble sleeping.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing, and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session you should leave noticably more relaxed than on arrival.
