Yin yoga goes slowly. Holding the pose in this way - for up to 5 minutes at a time - creates the opportunity of working into the connective tissue around the joints, releasing tension, slowly softening and loosening and so over time increasing mobility and range of movement.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
