Join us for a free yoga session aimed at releasing the tension built up from running. This is especially important for those who have just taken up or returned to running, and is essential in preventing injury.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session, you should leave noticeably more relaxed than on arrival.
