SE1Ashtanga yoga can be regarded as a complete fitness program. It helps in increasing the body’s strength, endurance, and flexibility as well as calming and disciplining the mind. A more challenging class than our usual Yoga for Deskworkers session, every movement is synchronized with a specific style of breathing known as Ujjayi.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
As yoga classes are incredibly popular, we may ask you to reconfirm your place in the week before the event.
