Join us for an evening of inspiring networking, drinks and discussion from experts on equality, inclusion and image in the workplace today.

This year’s fantastic speakers will share experiences and expertise on work-life balance, practical gender diversity policies and holding their own in traditionally male dominated industry.

Importantly, the evening is also a chance to share a glass of wine with neighbours and networkers at the lovely Prospero House on Borough High Street, and men are encouraged to join too!

Speakers so far confirmed are:

Richard McKenna, Inclusive Employers

Richard works to generate new approaches to building inclusive cultures in organisations, that are both pushing boundaries whilst being organisationally appropriate.

Jodi Goldman, Image and Impact Specialist

Jodi is a specialist in how to look and feel confident at work.  Her contribution will offer top tips to come across with impact and authority as well as to feel more in control and confident. Jodi Goldman has been helping professional men and women for the last 10 years to manage their professional image through the way they dress, the way they communicate and their confidence. 

Xanthe Vaughan Williams, Co-Founder and Director, Fourth Day PR

Xanthe is a co-founder and director of Fourth Day PR, which has offices in London, Manchester and Paris.  Her career has included working in IT, being a freelance journalist and trying to balance the co-management of Fourth Day with the co-management of four children. 

Chair of the evening will be Clare Ludlow, Director of Innovation at the Timewise Foundation, who will be bringing her expertise to an inspiring panel discussion afterwards. Clare has spent the last 15 years shaping and delivering services to support people out of work into decent jobs.  Along with raising  her 3 young boys she now shares her expertise with the Timewise Foundation; a multi  award winning social business that runs services to stimulate part and flexible job opportunities.
