Ashtanga yoga can be regarded as a complete fitness program. It helps in increasing the body’s strength, endurance, and flexibility as well as calming and disciplining the mind. Every movement is synchronized with a specific style of breathing known as Ujjayi.  

Throughout January, we'll be running weekly yoga sessions as part of our Better You campaign.
