Bankside Community Space
As the world moves further into a digital age, social media is becoming increasingly important and relevant to companies with business audiences as well as to those that sell to consumers. But without experience, social media can seem daunting and it can be difficult to know where to start. In this 1.5 hour breakfast briefing, Fourth Day PR will take you through all you need to know to get up and running on Twitter, also taking a brief look at LinkedIn and Facebook. The session will cover:
- What’s the difference? Should my business be on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or all of the above?
- The nuts and bolts of Twitter – what is a hashtag and why would I use it? How to write a tweet, Twitter etiquette, how to build an audience, and other questions.
- Using Twitter to drive traffic to my website and an introduction to SEO PR.
The session will be led by Lisa Henshaw, Associate Director and Xanthe Vaughan Williams, Director of Fourth Day PR.
