The development will be a six storey building to provide 8,504 sqm of office floorspace, associated servicing, cycle parking and landscaping.
The building would be predominantly constructed in brick, with projecting bays onto Rushworth Street. It would have one main office entrance on Rushworth Street with two sets of secondary doors. A small rear courtyard and rooflights would provide daylight to the basement offices. The proposal does not include any car parking, though does provide bike storage for 84 bikes and showers and lockers for cyclists.
