First phase of new concourse opens at London Bridge Station

It's going to be as big as the pitch at Wembley, with lots of natural light! Here's a handy guide to finding your way around
Duration of project:
To 2018
Principal Contractor:
Graham Dean

London Bridge Station’s new concourse opens Monday 29 August

More than half the new station concourse opens with new shops and cafes - and more opening in September and October.

You’ll also see:

 -   Three brand new platforms 7,8 and 9 for Southeastern services with escalators and lifts for easy access

 -    A spacious new ticket office with lots of self-service machines

-    Bright new station entrances along St Thomas Street, with wider pedestrian access and new shops

 -    More options to enter and exit the station - see the leaflet attached for more information on finding your way around

At the same time platforms1 to 3 will close until January 2018 these platforms are rebuilt. This means Canon Street services cannot stop at London Bridge while this work is taking place.
