Join us for a free yoga session aimed at introducing you to Ashtanga yoga, an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session, you should leave noticeably more relaxed than on arrival.
