Join us for a free yoga session aimed at releasing the tension built up from working at a desk. This month we are focusing on the shoulders - an area commonly under strain from working life.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session, you should leave noticeably more relaxed than on arrival.
As yoga classes are incredibly popular, we give priority to members and keep a waiting list. Please help us keep these sessions accessible by letting us know as soon as possible if you can no longer come along.
