94 Southwark Bridge Road
London SE1 0EG

On 14 July you could be taking on the once in a lifetime opportunity to abseil seven storeys down the local London Fire Brigade training tower, giving incredible views across the city. What’s more, you’ll be helping to raise money for Honeypot, a charity that helps vulnerable children and young carers through respite breaks and outreach support.

The abseils will be taking place throughout the day, so you just need to pick your preferred hour-long time slot (get in there quickly as these will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis). Specialist instructors will also be on hand to ensure that the event goes off without a hitch. The day will end with an optional social evening to celebrate your achievement at the Goldsmiths pub from 5.30-8pm.

There is a £17 registration fee to sign up, and an ideal fundraising target of £100. Why not get a group of you from the office involved and take part as a team?

Anyone over 18 can take part in the abseil, so you don’t have to worry about prior experience or fitness levels – all you need is to be up for a challenge.

If you’re interested in taking part, fill in the registration form (on the left hand side of the page) and email it to john.allison [at] – spaces are limited to sign up as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
