Join Better Bankside's Urban Gardener, Georgia, for this micro-gathering gardening event where you can plant up a selection of leafy winter vegetables to grow on at home, whether it's on a windowsill, a balcony or in your garden. You can then use these vegetables at home over the coming months, either as cut-and-come-again leaves or allowing some of them to grow into mature plants, such as cabbage or kale.

Better Bankside's Micro-Gatherings

As more people start to spend time in their Bankside workplaces, we are piloting some small scale events to help you reconnect to the area and each other. Our micro-gatherings are designed to comply with the latest government guidance to ensure everyone's safety, including limiting each session to a maximum of four people, hosting them outdoors around Bankside, making sure there is enough space for social distancing, and providing hand sanitiser, a set of equipment for each participant as well as gloves, masks and any other PPE specific for the activity you'll be doing.
