In this seminar on 'building your resilience toolbox' we will discuss a range of tools and techniques that can be used to help build resilience or the ability to cope with adverse situations.  From breathing exercises, gaining control of your physiology to switching off and getting a good nights sleep.

John Allison spent 24 years in the British Army, primarily in counter-terrorism, including weapons intelligence and bomb disposal. John will talk about how he prepared for and tackled high threat and high-pressure environments throughout his military career.  For the past six years, he's been immersed in the workplace wellbeing arena, helping people to reduce levels of stress and fatigue. He will cover his Motion To Mind™ 4M Framework, a recipe for sustained, happy and healthy living.  You'll learn about resilience building tools, techniques, and ideas that will enable you to stay energised and in balance for business.
