Not enough hours in the day? Well often there aren't enough hours in the night either.

Hear from experts what the top tips are for those of you who struggle to wake up refreshed in the morning. Then go home to put it all into practice, for the best night's sleep in a long while!

Speakers for the session will be:

  • Julia Chapman from the Sleep Clinic at Guy's Hospital who will be sharing the medical background of sleep, and her top tips for the deepest sleep.
  • Richard Hillsdon from WPF Therapy who will be speaking about how our minds affect our sleep pattern and what tips and approaches to improve our sleep can we learn from psychological therapies.

Refreshments will be served.

This talk is part of the Wellbeing@Work programme.
