If you want to melt away the mental and physical stresses that come from office life (deadlines, aches and pains from too many hours on the computer, etc) come along to yoga for deskworkers.
In our practical after-work session you will use gentle yogic techniques to;
- Rev up your brain with extra oxygen
- Release muscles that get tight and stiff from too many hours hunched over a screen
- Boost energy and feelgood levels with self massage

The session will be largely chair based. Do wear clothes that you can move easily in, bring some water along and do not eat anything heavy beforehand (save dinner for afterwards!) No prior yoga experience (or ability to bend like a pretzel) required - this is gentle, accessible yoga, suitable for absolute beginners and the non-sporty.
Sam Cowan is a yoga teacher and complementary therapist whose mission is to share health and wellbeing by bringing it to workplaces, organisations, conferences, events and community groups.
