In this webinar you’ll cover the psychology of survival, lessons from the military and key tips for dealing with tough times. You’ll also look at fear and how best to tackle it. Learn about transition and how best to adapt to evolving circumstances. In many cases tough times call for problem solving ability, you’ll discover how the military problem solve in high threat and high pressure environments.

This session will be led by Motion to Mind™ by John Watson Allison. John Watson Allison served with the British Army for 24 years, specialising in Bomb Disposal, Counter-Terrorist Search and Weapons Intelligence. He now runs Motion to Mind™, a coaching service and urban adventure, StreetGym®.
