Red Cross Garden
A gentle class working on ways to get in between the shoulder blades and counter the computer stoop. Some attention will also be paid to the hip flexors and getting back some of the mobility lost through long hours spent at a desk. If time allows the session will also includes wrists and neck exercises. Many of these exercises can be performed whilst sat at your desk and used as a daily routine.
This summer, we're also brightening up our yoga classes by taking them to Bankside's beautiful green spaces. We'll reveal the location of this session in the week of the class (in case of rain, we'll be back at Bankside Community Space!).
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
As yoga classes are incredibly popular, we may ask you to reconfirm your place in the week before the event.
