As part of the Better You 2019 programme which aims to set your year off to the best start possible, Dede will lead you through setting your fitness and wellbeing goals; keeping on track and reaching your destination goal.

The first step is deciding what you want to achieve, then how you go about it, what steps you need to take to get there and keeping motivated to succeed. There’s always fitness regime to suit everyone – it’s just about identifying what suits you and preferably, surrounding yourself with like-minded people.

Dede is the Health and Wellbeing Manager at The Bridge (a women-only community gym and charity on Southwark Bridge Road). She has many years working in health and fitness – she’s passionate about health and fitness and is qualified to teach many classes, including boxing, spinning, tennis and mindfulness + meditation. She also works1:1 with clients and is truly motivational.
