Join us for a free yoga session aimed at introducing you to yoga. If you're a runner, yoga can be a fantastic way to restore the body’s balance, endurance, and flexibility, as well as helping to reduce the risk of a running injury, and increase self-awareness and confidence.
All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session, you should leave noticeably more relaxed than on arrival.
