In this one hour webinar Andy Roberts, from Breathe London, explores the mechanics of our brains and why they chatter about trivia and often fixate and ruminate on deficits, weaknesses and challenges.
In our session we will find out how to notice and then dial down the worry circuit. By the end of the session you should have a good understanding of how to apply practical mindfulness and positive psychology tools to help you maintain a balanced perspective and feel more upbeat and energised.
