Are you ready to try the 9Round home workout? 9Round will take you through your paces with a 30 minute full body workout you can do from the comfort of your own home. The workout consists of 9 different rounds of 3 minutes work and 30 seconds rest. Each round will include elements of cardio, HIIT, kickboxing, and strength training. No equipment required.
This session will be led by local business 9Round Bankside, a 30 minute high intensity workout studio.
