Join us for the final instalment of our breakfast talk series in collaboration with Tibits and Balance Garden, as we discuss the ways in which we can build up resilience levels, at home and at work, to be more confident, self-aware and successful. Do you find it hard to pick yourself up from a set-back, find your confidence easily knocked and seem to have forgotten the ability to dust yourself down and start again?

We’ll be discussing the ways you can alter your mindset and use life’s hurdles to boost your resilience levels, allowing us to flourish both at home and at work, rather than hold us back. A nutritional and delicious veggie breakfast is on offer to all registered attendees to fuel the day ahead.

Hosted at Tibits, local plant-based restaurant, and led by a life coach expert from Balance Garden.
