Reserve yourself a spot on what promises to be an exciting and enlightening walk. Led by local birder Jo East the 'Birds of Bankside'  walking tour will change the way you see Bankside. Find out where to look for birds, how to identify them and why bird watching is fun. Discover the history of birds in Bankside and learn about bird behaviour and migration. Your new skills will change the way you see the area, soon you won't be able to grab lunch without spotting a chiffchaff, a great tit or a willow warbler. Don't be suprised if you find yourself taking detours round Tate to see whether that peregrine falcon is about... *

The walk will depart from and return to outside the Bankside Communtiy Space. Leaving at 1pm and lasting just under an hour this Bustling Bankside walking tour is a perfect lunchtime activity.

Bring binoculars if you have them and any bird paraphernalia you might have.
