The pandemic has been a tricky and tumultuous time for all of us. Many of us could be feeling a deep sense of loss and are being forced to adjust to an uncertain future. This is normal and we need to be kind to ourselves. Owning the loss is the start of the journey of making sense of our new reality. A tectonic shift like the pandemic forces us to consider how we live, how we work and where we want to live.

In this gratitude workshop, led by Andy Roberts from Breathe London, you’ll share ideas for owning our emotions and then gradually shift our attention to the things we are grateful for. By the end of the session you should have a good idea for how to apply gratitude as a tool for developing balance, optimism and compassion for self and others.

This is an online event. A zoom link will be sent out nearer to the time.
