As small businesses think about how they are going to grapple with the challenges ahead, their staffs’ health and wellbeing is going to be increasingly important for them as a sector. Whilst this may not seem a top priority for you, we know that happy, healthy staff are more loyal, productive and provide far better customer service to help your business stand out from the crowd.

Jane Abraham is C3 Collaborating for Health’s workplace health associate and a policy fellow at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Join her for a presentation which will provide you with the real tangible business case for improving staff health and wellbeing. Jane will discuss what the health risk factors are, and how they affect your staff and business performance. Her talk will also give you some simple tools and advice on how to address this proactively so that you can not only get the best out of your workforce, but also attract the highest calibre of staff in the future by demonstrating how much you value them.

After the presentation, there will be time for questions and networking.

Join the conversation with #BetterYou.
