Over the past year, lots of people have discovered gardening including growing their own food for the first time, whether that was on their windowsill, patio, balcony or garden.
Join this interactive Gardeners’ Question Time style panel discussion to find out why January is the ideal time to start planning your edible garden for this year. Our Urban Gardener Georgia will be joined by two local community gardeners, who’ll use their experience of developing edible gardens to answer your questions, whether you’re just starting out on your gardening journey or want to build on your experience.
Local Communtiy Gardeners:
- Molly Gadenz, Green Hub Coordinator, Bankside Open Spaces Trust
- Heidi Cutts, Heritage & Communities Officer, St George-the-Martyr Church
It’s also a great way to learn about community gardening projects going on around the Bankside area and what a difference these make to our neighbourhood.
This Zoom session will be recorded so that it can be shared with anyone unable to make the event. A zoom link will be sent out nearer to the time.
RSVP via eventbrite using password: Bankside.
Spaces are limited, if you are no longer able to attend please cancel your place in advance to allow someone from the waiting list to take your place.
