Bring your best moves – we’ll provide the rest! As part of our Bankside 2025 climate week, join us for an evening of fun as we litter pick the riverside to some groovy tunes.
Keeping our neighbourhood clean and preventing rubbish from entering our waterways is vital for the health of our rivers, wildlife and oceans. So why not dance your way to a cleaner Bankside?
Arrive at 6.00 pm at our Southwark Street Arch where you’ll be briefed and ready to boogie. We’ll head to the riverside for 6.15pm to start in groups of 10.
Dress warmly – disco attire optional but encouraged. Bin bags, pickers and gloves will be provided.
Tickets for this event cost £5, with all money going to local charity Bankside Open Spaces Trust.
If you register but can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket with as much notice as possible to allow someone from the waiting list the opportunity to go in your place.
Even though COVID restrictions have been lifted we ask that anyone feeling unwell, or displaying Covid symptoms do not attend on the day. It is also important that we continue to respect the personal boundaries and wishes of others with regards to personal space, mask wearing, and physical contact.
