Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Qi Gong is a gentle practice that is suitable for all levels of fitness, strength and flexibility. It's been known to greatly increase physical and mental vitality and this session with one of Balance Garden's expert teachers will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and relaxed.
Balance Garden was created by friends and colleagues working in the wellness and holistic health fields who were seeing an increasing number of burnt out, tired, and fed up clients passing through our doors and studios. Their ethos is about cultivating a fulfilled life, bringing in tools and practices to support the fast paced world in which we are expected to live.
