It’s increasingly challenging to run a successful restaurant in the data-driven world. Managers need to take well-informed decisions to ensure their business succeeds, but have you got visibility of how your hospitality business is performing?

Join Lightspeed for an interview with Christian Mouysset, Co-founder of Hummus Bros, as he shares the experiences behind the phenomenal success of his quick-serve chain. Learn how investing in technology, the smart use of data and a philosophy of paying it forward is the foundation of a successful business.

This event is for independent restaurateurs to hear from industry experts and network. Proudly bought to you by Lightspeed, an all-in-one point of sale system, table management and analytics platforms for restaurants and bars of any size.

About Christian Mouysset, Co-founder of Hummus Bros

Christian is a seasoned entrepreneur with both business savvy and intellectual horsepower.  He founded a chain of quick service restaurants, opening the first site in 2005 and growing rapidly to six sites serving over 12,000 meals a week, including being the only QSR invited to serve teams in multinational banks, Google, the BBC and British Airways.  The restaurants’ popularity with consumers is matched by its credibility with investors – the chain has raised over $2.8m in debt and equity.

He has combined his technical expertise and years of food retail experience to co-found Tenzo, a retail analytics start-up which serves up recommendations to drive top line growth and optimize costs.
