Yin Yoga for all abilities, this is the opposite of ashtanga and represents the perfect complement. Yin is about slowing, softening and using stillness to work on the deeper fascial networks and ligaments. All equipment will be provided - remember to wear comfortable clothing.
Throughout January, we'll be running weekly yoga sessions as part of our Better You, a month of fitness and wellness events and activities. Join the conversation with #BetterYou.
As yoga classes are very popular, we may ask you to reconfirm your place in the week before the session.
Yoga teacher Liz Castro-Thomas has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. She intends classes to be gentle, relaxing, and geared towards the specific needs and requirements of those who attend. At the end of each session you should leave noticably more relaxed than on arrival.
