Crossbones Garden

Join us for the private launch of MERGE Bankside, a festival of art, music, and performance, and be the first to experience the headline installations.

You are invited to immerse yourself in Requiem for Crossbones, an evocative sound installation at Crossbones Garden on Redcross Way. The piece reflects the stories of the unconsecrated post-medieval burial ground and has been created and composed by British artist Emily Peasgood. Then down the road, join the party at The Feel Good Institute: a multi-sensory experience bringing good vibes to all. Be possessed by love in 30 seconds, visit a spectral midnight rainbow, experience the therapeutic effects of sound and light frequencies, and encounter our Bankside superheroes on a mission to spread cheer.

RSVP is essential via email to info [at] Please note, entry to Requiem for Crossbones must be before 8pm.

MERGE Bankside runs from 8 June – 1 July 2018. You can see upcoming events here, including Musical Bingo at Borough Market and a variety of venues offering acts of kindness on Mondays during the festival…
