Together at Christmas is Better Bankside’s annual festive gift appeal, which supports over 1,000 people experiencing homelessness, mental health issues and older people in Bankside and across Southwark.
Join one of our volunteering sessions to help wrap the 6,000+ gift items donated by Bankside businesses, so that they are ready for delivery to local hostels, charities, and community organisations in time for their Christmas celebrations.
To sign up to come along to one of these fun activities, select the date and time for the session that you would like to join:
Wednesday 8 December: 12.00pm-2.00pm OR 3.00pm-5.00pm
Why not bring along some of your colleagues too? If you are registering a group, please specify the number when you book, with a maximum limit of 6 people from the same business at one session.
If the session you’d like to attend is already fully booked, please contact info@betterbankside.co.uk to join the waiting list, as we may add more dates and times depending on the number of gift items donated.
Even though COVID restrictions have been lifted, we ask that anyone feeling unwell or displaying Covid symptoms does not attend on the day. It is also important that we continue to respect the personal boundaries and wishes of others with regards to personal space, mask wearing, and physical contact.
