Come and learn how to boost your mental health and wellbeing with this introduction to Mindfulness mini-workshop. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety and can contribute positively to maintaining healthy habits. In this class you'll be introduced to the basic tenets of Mindfulness before being led through a guided meditation by one of Balance Garden's expert teachers. You will learn simple tools and techniques for a more peaceful life. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end. Open to all levels of experience.

Balance Garden was created by friends and colleagues working in the wellness and holistic health fields who were seeing an increasing number of burnt out, tired, and fed up clients passing through our doors and studios.
