Did you realise that your posture affects not only your physical health but your mental wellbeing as well?
As well as physical aches and pains and a sluggish digestive system, how we sit and how long we sit for can contribute to feeling anxious or result in a low mood.
In this 90 minute workshop you will learn a variety of techniques from what good posture and ergonomics can do, how to stretch out quickly and effectively, what tools can be helpful and how to use them and hand reflexology points that you can treat yourself.
You will also have the opportunity to learn a 5 minute seated massage which aims to relax the shoulders and upper back, which you can then demonstrate on each other so be sure to bring your work friends with you!
