We have taken the decision to postpone the upcoming event ‘What Makes a Happy Workforce?’ until a time when we can be assured of a better attendance from Bankside’s F&B industry, and ensure it is a worthwhile event. It is clear that the industry is facing a hugely challenging time with the current COVID-19 public health emergency, and we appreciate that attention is focused on the impact of this.

For the latest information and advice, employers and business owners should regularly visit the guidance for employers and businesses page on the government website.

We're inviting Bankside's restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs to join us on Wednesday 25 March at The Refinery for a breakfast presentation about staff retention and creating a happy workforce.

Hear from Hawksmoor, who have featured within the top 50 Sunday Times Best Companies rankings for eight consecutive years, as they share some of their best practises with the local industry. We'd also love to hear how we can encourage your staff to take up the employee wellbeing perks offered by Better Bankside, considering the hours they work, their interest in the local area and how best to communicate with them.
