Supporting and managing our mental health and well-being is especially important in these uncertain times when lots of us are feeling anxious and unsettled. Mental Health First Aid England have created a guide full of tips and advice on how to take care of your yourself while working from home and self-isolating.
Mental Health First Aid England have launched their ‘My Whole Self’ campaign to empower us to be our ‘whole self’ at work, with the first phase of the campaign focused on keeping people connected through online activities and sharing guidance to support employees experiencing anxiety, disconnectedness, or social isolation.
The NHS have also got their own campaign ‘Every Mind Matters’ which runs all year round to help people manage their mental health at home and gives them the tools to do so, but especially with the increased uncertainty and uneasiness around the COVID-19 outbreak, they have some extra information on their homepage to help you look after yourself during self-isolation, working from home and quarantining.
