Better You continues in February. From financial workshops to yoga, and street gym to aromatherapy, join us this month’s events to boost your wellbeing.

Better You, the programme dedicated to improving your mental, physical, financial wellbeing and environmental wellness, continues in February with a range of exciting and empowering events. This month’s programme offers something for everyone and is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills and improve your overall wellbeing.

The events are curated by local businesses and specialists, providing you with the chance to experience new activities and gain knowledge from experienced professionals. The programme features an array of workshops, seminars and fitness classes, including Financial Wellbeing, Public Speaking, Inclusive Yoga and Mental Health Awareness training.
