The young people of Southwark Young Company have taken to the stage for four nights only!
Fugee is presented by the 14 – 18 Young Company group and is presented in tandem with Wasted by the 19 – 25 group.
Come along to these and support these young people and see how their time and efforts have really paid off. All ticket sales go directly back into funding the Young Company.
Fugee: Fleeing conflict in his home country, 14-year old Kojo arrives unaccompanied in the UK with no official papers and no grasp of the English language. Slowly rebuilding a future for himself whilst confronting the trauma of his past, his attempts to determine a new identity come under pressure when the system intended to help him starts to crumble.
