Please see the attached document which shows road closures in Bankside on Sunday 3 June 2018 from midday until 5.30pm.
As we approach the anniversary of the tragic attacks at London Bridge last June, local arrangements have been planned by Southwark Council, and Southwark Cathedral, in partnership with local and national agencies, to sensitively remember all those who were lost and harmed, including the local community.
Road closures will be in place from midday until 5.30pm. Soft closures allow businesses to be serviced (vehicle deliveries) but hard closures allow no vehicle access. The businesses in Green Dragon Court will not be accessible between 3pm and 5.30pm, and there will be no access to for the public to businesses from the steps down from London Bridge to the market from midday until 5.30pm. The rest of the area is open to pedestrians but not vehicles, and of course we hope that all local businesses and traders will be supportive of the event.
