Time to Talk Day on 4th February 2016

Talking about mental health doesn't need to be difficult, free resources available

Run by Time to Change, 2016’s Time to Talk Day will be on 4th February. It’s a great opportunity to spread the word that no matter whether it’s a colleague, friend, or family member, talking about mental health doesn’t need to be difficult, and it can make a big difference.

Time to Change are really keen to work with companies who are interested in perhaps doing something slightly more impactful/bigger that spreads the message to their clients/customers or the public. This is a great (free) way to get colleagues talking about mental health in the workplace and work towards their CR agenda.

You can read about the success of 2015's campaign here using simple tools like their free conversation starters and you can access all of their current resources and sign up for their newsletter to receive updates on their website

If you are a smaller company, then Forster Communications would be happy to chat to you about the activities they have run in the last few years which might be helpful for you to run inside your organisation.
