Sneezing, Blocked & Runny Nose, Itchy Eyes, Tickly Throat, Wheezing & Fatigue?

Life can be miserable when the body over-reacts to airborne irritants, whether seasonally, in the case of hay fever, or across the whole year, as in allergic rhinitis.

Homeopath, Christine Avery, takes a 4 step approach.

  • Understanding the Underlying Causes.
  • Strengthening the Body as a Whole.
  • Homeopathy for Acute Symptoms.
  • Nutritional Approaches.

Why use homeopathy?

Homeopathy is natural, safe and has no side effects. It works in harmony with the body. Homeopathy works on the whole person, on both emotional and physical levels. Remedies act on both the particular symptoms of ill health and the underlying causes. Remedies can be taken alongside other medication.

Some key hayfever remedies.

Allium Cepia Itchy watery eyes and a runny nose with clear, acrid discharge, tickling in the throat, sneezes.

Arsenicum Album Blocked up together with a runny nose and burning discharge. Wheezing, tiredness.

Sabadilla Long fits of sneezing, itchy nose with irritating discharge, a sensation of a lump in the throat.

Wyethia Intolerable itching on the roof of the mouth and behind the nose extending to the throat.

In addition, Mixed Pollens and Grasses in homeopathic form are commonly used in conjunction with hayfever remedies.

Supporting nutrition. Anti-inflammatory agents Quercertin, luffa, coleus, vitamin C, B6 & Zinc, Essential Fatty Acids.
